Quotes & booking confirmation
Quotes provided via our contact form, email or phone are free and without obligation. [Add how a quote is confirmed into a booking — e.g. written confirmation, deposit required, etc.]
Payment & deposits
[Add your deposit amount/percentage, accepted payment methods, and when full payment is due.]
Cancellations & date changes
[Add your cancellation policy — how much notice is needed, whether deposits are refundable, and how date changes are handled.]
On the day
[Add any requirements you need from the client on the day — access times, power availability, space requirements, parking for equipment vehicles, etc.]
Equipment & damage
[Add your policy on who’s responsible for equipment on site, and what happens in the case of damage.]
